Dual-degrees

The required coursework in the new curriculum will be arranged to allow students extended opportunities to pursue specialized areas of study.

Students enrolled at the Regional Campus have the opportunity to engage in a dual degree program.

• The MD/MBA program is a collaborative effort with the College of Business at Florida Atlantic University. All students will be guaranteed admission to the MBA program. The course work focuses on financial accounting and management, marketing strategy, information systems and operations management. The MD and MBA degrees are accomplished during the course of the 4-year medical program. The decision to register for the MBA should be taken at least four weeks prior to the semester in which the student wishes to begin taking business classes.

• The MD/MPH degree is available to those students already admitted to the Miller School of Medicine at the University of Miami.
