How to Apply

Thank you for your interest in our program. We invite you to learn more about the process for candidates below.

The FAU Hospice & Palliative Medicine Program offers 1 Fellowship position annually.  Fellowship eligibility guidelines are described in section III A of the ACGME Hospice and Palliative Medicine Common Program Requirements.  Both residents and mid-career physicians in the following specialties are encouraged to apply:

Anesthesia Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation
Emergency Medicine Psychiatry
Family Medicine Radiology
Internal Medicine Radiation Oncology
Neurology Surgery
Obstetrics & Gynecology  

The FAU Hospice & Palliative Medicine Program participates in the NRMP Fellowship Match and uses ERAS for applications.

Please refer to the ERAS timeline posted annually for the application timeline.

The FAU Hospice & Palliative Medicine Fellowship will begin reviewing ERAS applications for the 2020-2021 Fellowship year
on July 15, 2019.
