The Charles E. Schmidt College of Medicine is proud to welcome its inaugural class of 64 talented young women and men to Florida Atlantic University. The students come from all walks of life, but they share the drive and passion to become physicians and help patients. The class members have collectively written a student oath, which will serve as a code of conduct they are committed to following throughout their education and as physicians after medical school. The class recited this oath in unison at the conclusion of the first White Coat Ceremony at Florida Atlantic University held in August.
