Proposed Schedule for 2020-2021

The Medical Post-Baccalaureate Program is divided into to two sections. The first starting in September and concluding in December, and the second section starting in January and concluding in May.

The first section consists of an Introductory week and 15 weeks of activity, divided as follows:

  • Personal Development – 60 hours (4 hours/week)
  • MCAT Preparation – 135 hours ( 9 hours/week)
  • Course Work Immunology( 3 CREDITS) – 45 hours (3 hours/week)
  • Pathology –(3 CREDITS) 45 hours (3 hours/week)
  • Microbiology (3 CREDITS ) 45 hours (3 hours/week)
  • Morphology (4 CREDITS) 60 hours (4 hours/week)
  • Biochemistry Prep – 30 hours (2hrs/week)
  • Sociology/Psychology Prep – 30 hours (2hrs/week)
  • Community Volunteerism - 60 hours (4 hours/week)
  • Research Paper - 60 hours (4 hours/week)
  • Lunch – 75 hours (5 hours/week)
  • Study Time - 30 hours (2 hours/week)
  • Standardized Patients - 60 hours (4 hours/week)
  • Simulation Center – 60 hours (4 hours/week)


The second section consists of 16 weeks, with one week dedicated to MCAT final test prep, and 15 weeks of activity, divided as follows:

  • Personal Development – 60 hours (4 hours/week)
  • MCAT Preparation – 32 hours (MCAT week prep)
  • Community Volunteerism - 120 hours (8 hours/week)
  • Research Initiative - 120 hours (8 hours/week)
  • Lunch/travel - 75hours (5 hours/week)
  • Study Time - 75 hours (5 hours/week)
  • Standardized Patients – 60 hours (4 hours/week)
  • Simulation Center – 60 hours (4 hours/week).
